Weekend Happenings

Last week we celebrated my mom's birthday a few days early at St. John's.

Dinner was delish!

Happy Birthday Mom! xoxox

We came back to our house for some homemade bread pudding that Rich made.

All the kidos and Mom

I put up a few Valentine decorations.

My chalkboard pantry door is literally one of my favorite things in the condo!

I am always changing it up for different holidays!

Rich picked up these flowers at Costco.  They are miniature carnations and almost look like wild roses.  I love them and normally dislike carnations in there normal size but miniature anything is always cute!

I ate way to many peanut M & M's....

Sunday we had lunch at my parents house.  My mom decorated with these sweet vintage Valentine's!

Hope you all had a great Valentine's!

Wishlist Wednesday

When I discovered the blog world years ago, one of the first blogs I started following was Pure Home Style by Lauren Liess.  Her blog is the perfect mix of design and family life.  I love the way she effortlessly mixes old with new and always brings is elements from nature to finish off a room.  I am a sucker for a vase full of branches or a lush fern.  I am so excited for her first book, Habitat and I wish her all the best!

Even though I have never met her in person she seems so nice and her family is just too cute!

Last week I went to the opening of the Refindery a new antique store here in Chattanooga.  The store is wonderful!  It is full of unique pieces and there is just about something for everyone.  I found this beautiful chest I would love to add to my collection...love the blue!

My hair dresser had these boots on today and I wanted to steel them off her feet!  The mid calf height was so cute on!

Weekend Happenings

Happy Monday!

I hope you all had a great weekend.

The weather here was perfect so my mom and I decided we would head to Stone Mountain for the Country Living Fair.  This was my first time to attend the fair and it was wonderful.  There were about 200 vendors who came to share their wares.  The vendors had an eclectic mix of handmade and antique items.

Here are some pics from the fair to brighten your Monday!

Bella Rustica

My mom and I went to Bella Rustica  a few weeks ago.
The sale is a fundraiser for AGAPE and we had so much fun!

Here are some pictures from the show.

Loved Old Tyme Market Place.  It was our favorite booth!

Tina at the Feathered Nest also had so many great pieces!

Love love this vignette.

This was a really cute idea.  This lady just uses her camper as her store and goes from show to show.

Wish I would have bought one of these pillows...

Lemonade with strawberries, mint, and a splash of blood orange so refreshing!

Mom needs this shed in her backyard!

An 1803 candle was my only purchase and it has my house smelling like fall!
