Go International

As a frequent Target shopper I am always excited to see what designer they will team up next with for their Go Internatinal program.   Starting March 13 Target is bringing back 34 dresses from various designers who have participated in the program, here are a few I like all under $50!

T.G.I.F

This weekend I plan on cleaning my "new to me" hutch, which I purchased Monday at a estate sale...it is soo great, mom is jealous! I am also am going to try and work on the situation above my sofa!

World Market

I whirled through World Market this evening and I really like their new spring line of furniture. The only furniture we have bought from there is the "man chair" in Rich's room, which is holding up nicely. I really like the dining room table... but it is made of Mindi wood...what is that?

Southeastern Salvage

Rich and I had some errands to run on Saturday and while we were out we stopped by Southeastern Salvage, here are a couple things that caught my eye.

Full length mirror framed in reclaimed wood

I would have bought this on the spot had it not been $350....it would make a wonderful coffee table
I love this beat up old trunk in the perfect shade of hunter green.

Great upholstered dinning room chair

Now I don't think that I will ever have a cowhide rug in my own house but I can appreciate them

Valentines Birthday Party

Last night we celebrated Mom's birthday with a Valentine's Day themed party.

I think I will always love paper dollies...

I just used what I already had to decorate the table, milk glass to hold the flowers, more paper dollies...., and I made the place cards out of construction paper and a old Mary Engelbreit day calender.

We feasted on fresh tomato-basil pizza and a simple salad

I forgot to take a picture of the cake till it was almost too late...

It was a fun family night!
