What's For Breakfast?

As you know the weekend is the only time I make breakfast.  Through out the week it is a granola bar and yogurt.  Today I made eggs topped with my mom's Texas caviar (salsa), with a side of veggies and cheese toast.  I am so excited for all the fresh veggies and herbs that are available right now!  Hopefully we will be picking them from our own garden soon!
